Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — we engrave from a single piece. The A5/A4 wooden boxes are all-in (design + engraving), and for larger runs we'll prepare a volume price.
How quickly will I get a quote, and when will my order be ready?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. We'll confirm the production date in your quote based on quantity and design — for pre-Christmas runs, we recommend ordering well ahead.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Across the whole EU — most often to Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Poland, Romania and Italy. Shipping is free across the EU on orders above €150 excl. VAT.
Can you engrave our logo or a custom design?
Yes. Upload your logo directly in the form (PDF, SVG or PNG) and we'll send you a proof for approval before production.
How do VAT and invoicing work for companies?
We are VAT-registered (VAT ID SK2121631303). We invoice EU businesses with a valid VAT ID under the reverse charge mechanism.
What's the benefit of keeping a gift under €17 excl. VAT?
Under Slovak tax rules, an item up to €17 excl. VAT counts as a tax-deductible promotional item — our box calculator automatically keeps you within that limit.
What does your '5% for children' mission mean?
