What data we process
When you submit the enquiry form, we process: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, the text of your message and any uploaded logo. To protect against spam, your IP address and browser type are also recorded with the submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to prepare a quote and communicate with you (pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to protect the form against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not send marketing e-mails without your consent.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in Google services (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) within our company account. The website runs on the Vercel platform, which collects anonymised visitor statistics. The ipify service is used to determine your IP address. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for the duration of our business communication, for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Spam-protection records (including IP addresses) are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (uoou.sk).
