Two seasons collide in our workshop every November. Add that the artisan honey comes from a local bee farm and the chocolate from a local chocolatier, both working in small batches rather than warehouse pallets, and that every box carries your logo — a one-off engraving file, not a stock product. Custom work does not compress the way mass production does. That is the honest reason early orders sail through while late ones queue.

VAT are tax-deductible in Slovakia — and the Basic box fits under that threshold. (It is a Slovak rule, so check the equivalent where you file.)

We have no minimum order — production starts from one piece — so a late-breaking list of five key clients is a very different problem from five hundred boxes. In December, favour speed:
- Ready packages over fully custom builds. Basic, Premium and Large boxes have fixed contents; only the engraving is personalised, so the proof is quick to produce and quick to approve.
- One clean logo, approved fast. Upload a vector file (SVG or PDF) and confirm the proof the day it arrives.
- Ask before assuming it’s too late. The realistic cut-off shifts week by week, so the only reliable answer is a dated quote — and you will have one within 24 hours.
